Ways to Pay
Payment for services availed is requested at the time of your consultation.
You may pay in the following ways
- Debit card
- Credit card ( Visa/ Mastercard) , Paywave – a 2% surcharge will be applied.
- Online banking – Please pay to account number 12-3193-0013441-00 and include your name and invoice number.
- Cash
- We also use Medeor Pay by Link* for payments. – a 2% surcharge will be applied.

This is a fee guide only – extra fees may apply for extended consultations, certain procedures, tests, injections and medical supplies. Please inquire at reception if you wish to confirm a fee before you accept our services.
Casual patients aged 6-13 years will need to pay a co-payment before 5pm during the week (they would be free at their own medical practice).
If you visit us as a casual patient and have not used us previously, we will need to see proof of eligibility for publicly funded health and disability services in NZ. Please bring along your passport with visa or other valid documentation. If you are not able to provide proof of your eligibility when you visit us, we will need to charged a non-resident fee. This may be reduced to a casual fee once you have provided the proof required.
