PRACTICE MANAGER

Fixed Term Position

We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and multi-skilled Practice Manager for a fixed term period of approximately 1 year. This role is fixed term to enable time for a review to be completed enabling permanent leadership roles to be identified and recruited to, which will support the organisation to be well positioned for ongoing success.

Reporting directly to the Board, the ideal person will thrive on juggling to meet the variety of business demands related to running a busy general practice and urgent care facility, whilst also leading our talented multi-disciplinary team to deliver best practice at top of scope.

The ideal person will be an experienced practice manager with proven business acumen, someone who delivers with great relationship, IT, and organisation skills, and thrives in the dynamic, fast paced health sector environment. Utilising your strengths of leading a positive team culture that adapts to the ever-evolving service delivery needs and thrives on delivering great primary health care service for our patients will cement your satisfaction levels in this role.
