Looking for something new and have enrolled nursing, customer or patient care experience?

MIC is a joint venture between the PHO and local General Practices to provide 7 days a week urgent and general medical care for local Nelson/Tasman residents and visitors to our region.

Healthcare Assistants support our patients with pre-consult screening and gathering of information, maintaining patient files, escorting patients to radiology and waiting areas, collecting, processing and transporting lab specimens and assisting clinicians with patient procedures.

Come join us for:

  • No night Shifts
  • Care of patients being our top priority
  • Full training provided

Applicants will need customer service and/or patient care experience for these roles.

IMPORTANT NOTE: To be eligible for this role, applicants must
– be able to work in NZ (NZ residency or valid NZ work permit)
– receive a satisfactory police check
– be vaccinated against COVID-19
